SPS began with a commitment to provide community members and local organizations with a high standard of quality service.  Being active community members and native to the area, Bud and Liana have gained an enormous amount of resource and knowhow in helping all members of the area with their employment needs.

Motivated by the commitment to excellence, Bud and Liana are the only Certified Personnel Consultants (CPC) through both the National Association of Staffing Professionals (NASP) and the California Association (CASP) in Humboldt, Del Norte, and Mendocino Counties.   The SPS team of Consultants experienced extensive training in California State employment law, management, and integration of new employees into the workforce.
